INSTRUCTIONS

HEAT & EAT

  • In a bowl, cover the noodles with boiling kettle water
  • Leave submerged for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Drain noodles thoroughly
  • Serve immediately as you would any other pasta dish

PAN-FRY / WOK

  • Place a medium-sized pan over medium-high heat
  • Rinse the noodles
  • Once the pan is hot, add a lug of olive oil and the noodles
  • Stir-fry for 2 minutes
  • Serve immediately

DO NOT MICROWAVE THIS PRODUCT

 

STORAGE

  • Once opened, store in an airtight container and eat within 2 days
  • Keep refrigerated and use before the ‘Best By’ date
  • Do not freeze this product

Delicious

Love the taste. I'll happily have this as a gluten free replacement for any pasta dish. I boil mine for a few minutes and enjoy the "al dente" texture.

Think the taste was better than the texture. But we had it with mince balls with just a little bit of sauce. Think it will be better to rather use it with bolognaise.
