TrulyGood Vegetable & Ancient Grain Lasagne Sheets are low in carbs, vegan and gluten and grain free. These Lasagne Sheets are fortified with pea protein and are a perfect replacement for traditional, wheat-based lasagne.

INSTRUCTIONS

OVEN BAKE

  • Pre-heat oven to 200 C
  • The sheets are pre-cooked, making them quicker to prepare 
  • Alternate layers of lasagne and filling as you normally would
  • Top the dish with sauce and cheese
  • Oven bake for at 200 C for +/-15 minutes or until the top layer looks bubbly and crispy enough to dish up

 

STORAGE

  • Keep frozen
  • Sheets can be frozen for up to 3 months
  • To defrost, thaw at room temperature 
  • Once opened, store in an airtight container and use within 2 days
