    Gluten is usually found in wheat, barley and rye. It's the protein that gives dough it's stickiness. By using vegetables as our main ingredient we are able to cater to individuals that suffer from gluten intolerance.
    There are no refined grains in our products. Our products utilise high quality, imperfect vegetables and seasonal excess - ensuring that nothing goes to waste
    Clean labels are important to us. We do not add sugar or salt to our products and will never use MSG, artificial sweeteners, flavours or colours.
