Our products are vegetable based, thus are naturally rich in vitamins, minerals and fibre - import in supporting our bodies' daily functions.
Vegetables that are naturally low in sugar and starch are the main ingredients in our noodles, wraps and pizza bases - thus making our ultra-low carb products suitable for Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetics.
Gluten is usually found in wheat, barley and rye. It's the protein that gives dough it's stickiness. By using vegetables as our main ingredient we are able to cater to individuals that suffer from gluten intolerance.
There are no refined grains in our products. Our products utilise high quality, imperfect vegetables and seasonal excess - ensuring that nothing goes to waste
Clean labels are important to us. We do not add sugar or salt to our products and will never use MSG, artificial sweeteners, flavours or colours.
