Some time during 2015 a small group of “Einsteins” realised that they have stumbled across the most amazing solution for two of the most challenging problems facing mankind and Mother Earth.. also known as our Planet A… and yes there is no Planet B…… yet! (Except if you ask Elon)
Challenge A: The biggest health challenge of our time- a tsunami of obesity, insulin resistance, diabetes and all the related health problems causing suffering and taking away Mankind’s happiness!!
Challenge B: Wasted food! A crapload of perfectly usable vegetable side-streams and cosmetically challenged produce (not so perfect looking in other words!) is wasted unnecessarily.
And that is where it started! We had the worlds most amazing technology, using healthy soluble plant fibres from seaweed, potato skins, peas, citrus etc. to replace that double g-word in food (yes this site is for all ages and we like to moderate our language but let’s say it out loud) “ Grains and Gluten” – with all its refined and processed starch and uglies!
And so Truly Good was born – to bring you the “No-nasties, low carbohydrate, high fibre, vegetable alternative for all those cravings that make living a clean life so damn difficult (how about delicious, good-for-you pizzas, pasta, noodles, rice and wraps whenever you feel like it!!)
Truly Good is… well…. truly good, using the greatest technology to bring you clean label vegetable based favourites while helping to curb the enormous pressure on mother Earth by using what should never have gone to waste in the first place!!

Vegetables that are naturally low in sugar and starch are the main ingredients in our noodles, wraps and pizza bases - thus making our ultra-low carb products suitable for Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetics. |

Gluten is usually found in wheat, barley and rye. It's the protein that gives dough it's stickiness. By using vegetables as our main ingredient we are able to cater to individuals that suffer from gluten intolerance. |
